Okay, a lot of u have been wondering what some of the words I use in my story Cats Of The Forest are. Here's the vocabulary, and the definition.

Crow-food: rotting food

Fox-dung: insult, stronger offence than mouse-brain

Fresh-kill: recently killed prey

Greencough: severe chest infection, can be fatal in young cats and elders

Greenleaf: summer

Greenleaf Twolegplace: a place where humans only visit in the summer.

Halfbridge: a dock

Horseplace: fields and stables near the lake where half-tames cats live

Housefolk: a cat's word for its humans

Kittypet: a house cat

Leaf-bare: winter

Leaf-fall: fall/autumn

Loner: cat that lives peacefully on its own in one place but does not defend it's territory

Monster: usually refers to human machines such as cars and bulldozers

Moonhigh: the time of night the moon is at it's highest: normally midnight.

Mouse-brained: not very smart

Mouse-dung: insult-- stronger than muis brain but less offensive than fox-dung

Newleaf: spring

Nofurs: another word for humans

One moon- one month

Rogue: A potentially hostile cat who lives outside the Clans and never spends too long in one place

Silverpelt: the milky way

Sun-set-place: sea to the west, where the sun sets

Sunhigh: Noon

Thunderpath: road of a construction site

Tree-eater: bulldozer

Twoleg nest: a human house

Twolegplace: a human town

Twolegs: the Clan's word for humans

Upwalkers: another word for humans

Whitecough: a cold

Blackcough: a bad disease, no cure, any cats who gets it is sure to die

Since cats have good hearing and can here almost a mile away, (true) Buttercup heard him say this. She turned around and headed for Butch. She ran into him on accident.

"Oof! Sorry!" She said.

Butch was tired of Buttercup being mean to him. Though she wasn't trying to this time, he thought she was.

"Get off me!" He shouted.

Buttercup got sad eyes as he pushed her off hard.

"What's wrong with you?!" She zei pushing him with her claws.

"You hate me don't you?!" Butch zei with tears stinging his eyes.

"Butch...I don't hate you." She zei doing that nudging thing cats do.

'She-she DOES like me.' Butch...

The rowdyruff boys sisters was different them Red had roze vacht, bont with red eyes and love to pounce and scared her brother Boomer she has 2 kids one was Dust and the other was madeliefje, daisy they has red eyes and brown fur.
