Ok I have an I dea for another fan webcomic here's what it's about, I may start it out as a artikel series....

Ok the world is known as powerruffion, it's a powerpuff/rowdyruff earth almost. Some characters have powers, though most normal puffs and ruffs don't. In this world, every girls a puffand every boy is a ruff, yes if your wondering, the powerpuff girls are in it. But lets start tonen what other people will be in it, all other characters, unless fanbased, are only from another cartoon network cartoon.....

Okay, when i first joined fanpop i diddnt have ANY fan characters, i diddnt even care about powerpuff girls of any type of anime/manga very much at all (now im obsessed :P), so, i was looking around on the ppg club, and i noticed a lot of ppl had ppg fan characters (bee, tomboi, clicky, etc.), i really diddnt have any intrest in having a ppg fan character, but i wanted somebody to make a pic of one for me :P, so i desided to make a fan character
