I squeezed through my now opened bedroom window and slide off the plastic white water tank and onto the dirt. I bolted then right to the gate that I climbed over at the speed of light. My feet crushed a pile of dead leaves that lay in a pile before the concrete.I run across the dirt road. I hear the sound of crushing gravel and see a dust wolk behind me that looks like a persons breath during a cold day. I hear the sound of foot beats behind me and speed up and so does my heart. I’m gasping for breath but I am still running for the mountains that start to come into view. The slight breeze blows my hair into my face while most of the strands I can shake off theres one that hooks onto my nose and just won’t get off. The noise of dogs barking and horses and donkey’s snorting is coming at me from all sides as I speed past a straat that I’ve known since I was 5 years old. I then notice that I was in such a hurry to get out of the house that I forgot to put socks on. I could stop and take socks from my bag but I can still hear the figure behind me still hot on my trail. I feel the pain that my converse’s are causing me but keep going. I have a cold so when ever I sniff a squecky noise comes from my nose. I look back ever so often and look at what I’m leaving behind but keep going. The kap of my hoodie is thumping against my back. Just then my legs give out and I fall to the ground and clutch my knee and the dark figure stands over me and smiles. Oh dear god of all the times I prayed for them to appear it had to be now.



They come into the light that’s beaming down from the straat lights overhead. I scan them over hoping to not reveal any love toward either one. The one standing closest to me has golden brown hair that shines in the light and though I can’t see them his dark hazel eyes stare down at me. “ Of all the times to be a clutz right.” “ Yea I guess but I’d rather like to know why u guys are here.” “ Isn’t it obvious” says the one with the long dark brown hair and daring dark brown eyes. “ u tell us your running away without and explination damn it Riley what do think your doing.” “ I don’t know I just know I’m doing it” I say glaring at him. He lets his tounge poke his cheek his brains giving him a struggle of emotions that he doesn’t even noticed I’m already standing up. I start walking down the highway and the two boys follow. I shake my head and say in my mind “ Oh god why’d u bless me with two boys. I love them both but their both Jehova nothing against people of other religons just I feel sad that they don’t have Christmas of any holidays. Connor’s mom died when he was about 5 and Prince has never really known his mom and his dad died when he was 12 so its stupid that they have to leave a family that really needs them. Prince has a younger sister named Paris who’s 14 my age and a little brother named Blanket who is 10 who I adore. I’m leaving behind my mom who I love with all my hart-, hart and my father who has been great. I’m leaving behind a little sister that I’ve never been real fond of and a brother who’s never around. Connor’s leaving behind 8 brothers and sisters and a dad that has been his savior. I can’t really object to them coming knowing Prince is too kind to leave me alone and Connor is too stubborn to take no for an answer.
