Depends on wat your view on punk is- of course there are different sub headings from left wing to right wing to down right nazi-punk- so i dont think acting punk is that easily defined- all i know is i dont dress particularly punk, but am in a hardcore punk band!

look at the sex pistols none of them dressed the same,not boyband style in matchin outfits! (not 1 mohawk in sight) they stopped when everone started wearin uniform n punk died with them for many years!!!
