Do u guy's draw the pics of your characters?

sorry to ask two vragen in a row but...
so i was browsing through all the different forums and... all the freaking pics were super incredible *-*... i can't even draw a freaking good stick figure let alone these images... if u guy's are drawing these then u guy's are bosses and... i feel so inadequate :(...
are u guy's drawing the pics that u post in your forum character's bios?
