Alright so there's this rp I was in and technically am still in on another site called MASH. Which is modeled off the popular TV show starring Allen Alda and many others.
Anyways if you've never heard of MASH here's what it is... We'll start with the acronym

Army
Surgical
Hospital

It was based off a book anyways the show and movie are comedies based in a MASH unit in the Korean War. In it they showed both some of the darker sides of a MASH unit but also the more comical sides. The MASH 4077th was around 7. Miles from the front if I remember right. Their job was to pretty much make the wounded soldiers stable for evac though that wasn't all they did. They care for both their side, the enemy and those caught in the crossfire sometimes that included animals.
In the downtime in which the show was based around they do many different things a MASH unit is much more lax than elsewhere. So the soldiers dress more casual in their uniforms and often call others by their first name unless they are talking to the commanding officer or someone of hire rank than them.
I think I explained that alright if not you can look it up I'm up late tonight so yeah not functioning well.

Anyways I was thinking along similar lines as the show. If we go with based in Korea than the MASH unit's going to be a different number.
Anyways it'll be a open rp. What character options would be is.
CO(I've got the CO),company clerk,head nurse, 4 doctors 5 max, grunts, wounded, nurses.

Another option I'd be borrowing from a friend but, it'd take place in the future on a whole different planet. The MASH unit would be based in the jungle. The character options would be Perons(good guys so to speak), Cordians, and Nutralians(they are neutral name of group is likely to change.
The premise is there was this big argument centuries earlier between the Perons and the Cordians over this land above Cordia known as the highlands. These select Perons are separated in beliefs etc. Anyways years later in the future the Cordians want the Highlands and they are at war with their Southern neighbor . This group that's sort of a version of the National guard known as the Cardinals have been fighting the war before it became a war. The Perons in the highlands technically are neutral being allowed to join either side though Cordia's tried to force quite a few which brings me to the rebels.They are both Cordians and Perons that the Cordians tried to draft but, they wanted to work for the Perons in their own way.
Anyways the MASH unit is the same concept. Character choices are a bit broader. Since the draft is in effect enlisted and drafted are options. Cardinals have to be enlisted though. Same for the CO.
CO(must be a doctor as well), Cardinals CO(under the commanding officer) ((I'm staking a claim on at least the cardinals CO)), head nurse, company clerk(1), cardinal clerk(1), doctors (6), army nurses,cardinal nurses(both answer to head nurse, grunts, cardinal soldiers(they are security primarily), mess cook, wounded, rebels (I'd prefer a small number of them), tech support(1) maintenance(works on the three boilers in the camp 1)

Doctors can't be younger than 26 that's only if they went to early college in high school they'd be fresh out of medical school and have the least experience.

Nurses ages don't majorly matter other than being around 20s

Grunts/soldiers - 18 and up though I will allow a few to sneak in under age

Cardinals/soldiers - 17+ though I will allow a few to sneak in under age

CO - around their 30s my character in my other rp was in his 40s for experience value

Wounded- any age
