This universe is too big for us to be the only living planet. I mean, seriously. And there's been a lot of sightings that haven't been fully explained.

I believe but there is no concrete evidence. Sightings have happened all over the world but none can be verified. Also, what AquaMarine6663 said is absolutely true. The universe is vast and endless. There are millions of undiscovered galexies and planets yet to be found. New planets are being made every second! I say its impossible we are the only planet with life. They just haven't come to us yet.
