Upon searching for an image of Isao Takahata, I learned he may of caused deep stress to fellow Japanese director Yoshifumi Kondo. This was upsetting to hear, but that doesn't change how inspirational the things he expresses in his films are and I still consider him a groundbreaking visionary. My deepest condolences to Yoshifumi Kondo, who led a short, but very meaningful life.
