Do u think Sophie believed in Jack?

In the movie,Sophie didn't seem to slip off Jack's arms when he was bringing her home pagina despite the fact that only someone who believes in Jack can be touched door him.

Anyone who is sophie's age would believe in anything . I mean if u told a kid that a monster was chasing the,m what do u think they would do ?!
