How u know the puppet is called Billy?

As u can see in the movie dead silence they used the same saw puppet but with other look and they named it billy

In the special features on the special addition of the first movie James Wan states that the puppet's name is Billy. In the video game Saw II: Flesh & Blood, u can collect "Billy puppets."
