Ok, so I can't remember the name of this movie and I tried searching for it and came up empty handed. I believe this movie was from the 80's, I watched it when I was younger and i'm 23 now. A man who wears a white racing suite drive a white sports car that might be a lamborghini or something. He races people in a canyon and on mountain roads and then he runs them off the road or causes them to crash. I believe the general targets in the movie were kids but local law enforcement officers are featured in a small roadside diner. That probably isn't enough information but I am open to suggestions.
