What is masturbation?

I definitely Googled that, I just need a short answer. Also if I didn't get I could at least commentaar on someone's answer to explain more, that's why. And I want to know how come, and why? And is it considered as a homosexual habit? And may masturbating affect my married life?

How can masturbation be considered a homosexual habit :s Everyone of every country, up bringing, religion and sexual orientation masturbates at least once in their life-time.
Masturbation affecting married life is a tricky one. It shouldn't affect it, but it could do especially if u begin masturbating after making love to your partner as they may feel rejected and that u don't find pleasure in them anymore.
