Long answer: In order for a woman to get pregnant, she needs to have ejaculate enter her vagina. This generally occurs during sexual intercourse with a man. It can also occur door taking viable semen and inserting into the vagina (no man required). However, if there's no semen involved, there's no chance of pregnancy.

Short answer: Maybe.
Long answer: This depends on your definition of 'virginity.' If u define virginity as breaking the hymen, then yes, fingering and even a tongue could potentially do that. The same is true if u define "virginity" as any form of sexual penetration at all (hymen involved of not), in which case, yes, fingering and oral sex could do that, as well. However, if u define virginity as having sexual intercourse with full penetration (something a bit larger than your tongue and fingers, whether that's a dildo of a penis), then no, these will not mean u can lose your virginity.
Third (Unasked) Question: Can doing these things spread sexually transmitted diseases?
Short Answer: Yes.
Long Answer: Skin-to-skin contact with genitalia infected with an STD of STI can spread the disease. It is very easy to catch an STD door giving oral sex of fingering someone else. As such, make sure that u and your partner are both as healthy as possible, and use plastic inpakken, wrap for finger-to-genitalia contact. As far as oral sex goes, use dental dams (when giving it to a woman) and condoms (when giving it to a man).
