-Sonic sighed and took a step forward. The plate underneath him gave away and he almost fell into water. the rest of the plates fell too and ropes came from the tops from dispensers.-
Sonic: Yaah!! I hate water!
Tails: This is new.
Sonic: Alright your next!
Tails: Fine! fine! Here I go.
-Tails swung from the rope and grabbed the volgende one. Before he could grabbed it, the rope broke and he almost fell. He flew back up. Another rope came down.-
Tails: The rope must be wired to break at a certain angle. We have to be fast.
Knuckles: Uh guys I don't think that's water.

Sonic: Great...
Knuckles: Don't worry we can do this. Just follow my lead.
-Knuckles grabbed out to the rope, stepped back and swung. He jumped before the rope broke and the momentum* kept him moving. He swung across and made it to the side.-
Knuckles: Just keep swinging!
-Sonic tried and then Tails. At last rope, Tails' rope broke early so he had to fly.-
Sonic: Cheater.
Tails: Are u really being competitive about this?! I could've died!
Sonic: Stop yelling, I was only kidding!
-They carried on.-
Knuckles: We must be getting closer. I can sense the treasure better.
Sonic: Look! There it is!
-In the middle of a giant room was a giant diamond. Almost as big as Sonic. He looked around to see if there was traps. There were statues that looked if they would shoot arrows, Holes in the uithangbord that spikes, fire, of water could come out of. and a few pressure plates.-
Sonic: This is going to be the hardest.
Tails: We've gotten this far. Come on.
Knuckles: The ceiling looks as if it could come down, like in the first room.
Tails: There's pressure plates of animals, like in the seconde room.
Sonic: and some trap doors like in the last room.
Tails: A combination of all we've been through.
Knuckles: Look there's something on the wall. ' If you're reading this, you've come so far. This room is difficult, I won't lie. If u pass it, I'll give u my diamond. and So u the secret, easy way out. If u haven't noticed, This room is from all three. Choose one wrong verplaats and u will die. Have fun!'
Sonic: The end sounded kind of creepy.
Tails: We need that diamond. If it's a combination of all three, Then I won't be able to fly. There might be sensors too.
Knuckles: The patterns could be different too. like if we step on the wrong plate, instead of brand of arrows, it could be a trap-door with acid.
Sonic: the animals are different. A bug, a spin and a frog. Looks like another food chain.
Knuckles: Let me go first. So the first cat eats bird, and bird eats mouse. Let's start with the top, boven of the web again. Frog.
-Knuckles stepped on the frog. It didn't sink in.-

Sonic: I don't know. It's up to u Knuckles.
Knuckles: I'm gonna press it.
-Knuckles pressed the button. They heard a clanking from beneath the floor of the animal pedestals.-
Tails: Did that deactivate the traps for this area?
Sonic only one way to find out.
-Sonic stepped purposely on a bug. Nothing happened. The whole floor was solid. Tails and Sonic walked over to Knuckles.-
Sonic: This could either be the Acid part of the uithangbord smashing part.
Tails: Look at the ceiling. There's a crease that makes it different from the rest. That's where the ceiling could fall.
Sonic: Look another message. ' u made it this far so watch your step. Choose wrong and the choice could be permanent. Choose carefully and u might start off new. ' Does that mean the ceiling could stay down?
Knuckles: Maybe. Which means we can't use the same tactics as before.
Sonic: Look the floor has circles on them. Their all different.
Tails: They're pictures of the moon I think. The moon's different phases. The plates give us a choice of three each to choose one. Let me try this. The uithangbord zei 'might start off new.' So maybe the new moon.
-He stepped on the new moon phase and nothing happened. He stepped to the waning crescent phase, then the third quarter phase, and so on. He got across and pressed the checkpoint button. They heard another click and the floor became solid. They walked across.-
Sonic: Good job Tails.
Tails: Thanks, but we still have one more.
Sonic: Acid...which is like water...
Knuckles: Look another message. 'Well done you're pretty smart. But are u smart enough to get pass this part? Make it pass and you'll leave good, Here's your hint: Remember you're Childhood.'
Sonic: My childhood wasn't that great.
Knuckles: look the ropes are closer.
-Knuckles grabbed the rope and threw it. The rope was half way through and it broke off and fell, activated the trapdoors and burned up in the acid.-
Tails: Looks like just a tiny bit of momentum could end your life.
Sonic: Remember your childhood...what does that mean?
Knuckles: Remember that time, when Vanilla asked us to watch Cream at the park for a bit?
Sonic: Yeah so?
Knuckles: Cream asked us if we could so her how to use the monkey bars. Maybe it's like that. u have to be fast.
Sonic: Knuckles could be right. Let me try.
-Sonic jumped from rope to rope. Each time he got closer and closer to falling then finally made it. He pressed the checkpoint button and the floor was replaced. They walked up t the diamond. A final message was displayed.-
Sonic: 'Congratulations, you've made it through. Take the diamond and u can leave. Just choose the right lever and you'll will open the secret escape passage.' Another puzzle?
Tails: figures. The levers are behind the diamond pedestal. Let's go.
-they walk to the levers.-
Sonic: Which one is the right one?
Tails: Chose the right one... the right one...
Sonic: I think I got it! Here, hold this.
-Sonic hands Knuckles the diamond and walks to the right lever. He pulled it and the secret door opened. They walked through the passage but at the end of one had something written on it.-
Sonic: Tricked yeah.' Huh?
-Their feet fell in. They triggered another pressure plate and the whole temple was collapsing.-
Knuckles: It was a trick! The whole place is going to fall! We have to hurry.
Sonic: Grab my hands.
-Sonic grabbed Knuckles and Tails hands and raced through the secret escape route. They escaped, but Knuckles slipped and fell Sonic and Tails made it out, but before Sonic could go back and get Knuckles, The whole thing collapsed.
Sonic and Tails: KNUCKLES!!!!
