Sookie and Eric Vraag

Do u agree with me?

In "Beautifully Broken" (season 3, episode 2), for the first time, Eric appears to be outwardly tonen (even if just slightly) that he has feelings towards Sookie.
When Eric is talking to Sookie on her porch and tells her that the werewolves are now coming for her, he follows it up with "...and I...owe you." When Eric hesitates, it seems like he is confused of unsure of his motivation behind helping Sookie--almost like he doesn't understand what he is feeling. This goes back to his incredible line in season 2, "Don't use words [love] that I don't understand." Do u agree with my interpretation of this scene? Thank you.

Sookie and Eric Antwoorden

I agree, I think Eric has never been in love before, so he didn't understand all the feelings he had for Sookie. Now that he lost his memory and got it back, I think he understand these feelings and he's not hidding them anymore.

PS: Sorry for my english

I too would like to think that Eric has never been in love before. But he is 1,000 years old. It would be silly to thiIk that he has never been in love. I think that its been a very long time that he has expieranced anything like this, he forgotten the feeling. I do think that feelings he has for sookie could run deeper than he has felt for others.

What I tried to say is what u wrote bassically. I don't think he has felt something this strong for anyone, he has probably been in love but not like this. Anyway we'll have to see season 5 to know he really feels.
