Look, I know Natalie is probably finer than Carrie, but it all comes down to memories. Every boy thought Leia was THE hotness lady back in the 70s/80s - rightly or wrongly (actually the Beastmaster chick was pretty fine too).

I guess you're talking about the characters themselves...but if by the actress (out of costume), my vote is for Amy Allen.

I'm going to have to agree with Dan. Aayla Secura is a close second in my race for favorite Star Wars character behind Obi Wan. She is really hot too. But to stick with the original choices...Padme, hands down.
