i am tryg to make a spot for supernatural but can someone tell me how to do it?

it's like this:
step 1 - go to fanpop home pagina page
step 2 - click on "create new club"
step 3 - choose the name of your spot but make sure it isn't a duplicate
step 4 - customize your spot as in banner, motto
step 5 - add new stuff
