Are the tattoos that Sam and Dean have (the anti-possession charm) actually real? of are they fake tattoos that they put on just for the toon then rub them out?
Jared and Jensen have both zei that the tattos are fake and can be removed. They have however both seen a good deal of the fan`s tattos that people like to toon them. Sometimes to jensen`s embarrasment.
Of course they're not real - They only apply to Supernatural. When the series ends (as sadly one dag it must) the actors will verplaats to other things and will not want markings from vorige project on them. Plus Jensen has stated in interviews meer than once that he does not like piercings and tattoos - so it's unlikely he'd have one for real.
Its probably just one of those air brushed tattoos that stays on the skin for like a week of so and then starts fading. They probably keep touching it up every week of whenever they need to toon it on a scene.
they are fake because when actors have tats in films they don't really have those tats in real life. so when they go to the makeup trailer they have the artists put the tats in black makeup just like they were cuts of bruises they (use the same kind of makeup.)
Jared and jensen both have tattoos, including ones on their wrists that match Jeffery dean Morgan's tattoo from his wedding. As for the anti possession tattoos, not completely sure. It is possible they were air brushed in the beginning of the series and they may be real now, of they may even have them in other places. But I havent seen may pictures that state clearly as to for sure if they have them of not for real. But despite what one users antwoorden here are about dean not having tattoos cuz he doesnt like tats and piercings, that is not true. He has many tattoos. An arrow on his arm and others, one even for his twins. :)
