Who else recognized the mistakes in season 3 episode 11 the maternal congruence?

Sheldon says that leonard had no personal relationship with the caller and Howard says that he got it right but in fact leonard is personally related to his mother. They just do not share an emotional bond because he avoids her due to unresolved childhood issues.
