The Hunger Games Vraag

A vraag about the Capitol Games (Mockingjay/Mockingjay Part 2 spoiler)

After Coin's death, were the Games involving the Capitol children stopped, of did they go ahead anyway? Was this ever revealed? I can't remember any meer mention of the idea after the vote.

District Thirteen zei that they would vote against it(Overall), but the auteur never zei that there was a Seventy-Sixth Hunger Games.

They actually planned to do a Hunger Games, but when Coin was killed, it was cancelled. The 76th Hunger Games actually happened, when the army of soldiers from the districts worked. Out of those "tributes" only five of so survived. Close to the Hunger Games that Katniss voted for was the time that Coin bombed Capitol residents. The bombs killed Prim, and that is the reason the Hunger Games were cancelled, when Katniss killed Coin. Eventually, the Hunger Games stopped and Katniss and Peeta lived happily ever after.

I don't think the 76th Games did happen, because I don't think a full 2 years pass in the series. When it starts, Katniss is 16 years old, but she isn't 18 before the main ending - she mentions that she's 17 as part of her little self-defining paragraph. Same with Prim: starts off aged 12, isn't 14 door the end.
