I like these films allot, they do share allot of striking similarities (sets of Dark city were even used in the Matrix) but the both have special qualities that make them unique.
Ever wondered if scientist Carl Sagan and Agent Smith from The Matrix might be the same person somehow? I redubbed a scene from the Matrix to prove the point!
