How Do u Get The pinguïn To Be Your Pet In Sims 2 Seasons?

Is there someway to capture a pinguïn in the Seasons game and have it for a pet without the pinguïn leaving?

I do not think u can, because even using "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" does not work. I have tried countless times, & it will not let anyone select the penguin. Sorry.
