"You went out early Katharina?"
Katharina didn't see Leah when she came home,so she was quite surprised when she came downstairs and heard Leah's voice.
"Hi Leah,I just went for a morning walk",she was as always trying not to keep the conversetion very long.
Leah knew what she was trying to do, but acted like she didn't know anything.
"So how was your morning walk?"
"O..it was quite interesting; I'm going to do some shopping, see u later!"
"You just came out of the douche and u didn't even had breakfast yet!"
"Don't worry Leah!", out the door Katharina went.
"When is she going to grow up?"
Leah singhs.
Katharina was glad she didn't have to stay home pagina with Leah.
"Mmm...which colour fits me better, light brown of dark green?"
She was in a clothing shop,standing in front of a mirror and holding two dresess in her hand.
"I'm just going to go with the dark green, it goes better with my dark brown eyes and my light brown skin"
"You made an excellent choice miss!", zei the shopkeeper. She paid him and he smiled like he wanted to impress her.
"Hav e a nice day!"
She put on a smile and responded with a sweet tone,"Thank you,have a nice dag to!"
She came out of the koop with a happy face.
"Nothinh like a little shopping to get your mind of off things. This dag started great, hope it end great to"
Katharina was in a really happy mood.
"Lets see where to go next.I think the coffee cafe is a good place to go next, I'm getting kind of hungry"
She could still remember the way to the cafe.
She never forgot her first dag in town,with the old lady called Ana.
"Good morning Sara, can I have a cappucino and pannekoeken, pannenkoeken with strawberrys?"
"Nice to see u again miss, your order will be done in just a few minutes"
While waiting for her order, Katharina began reading the book the Lady Meig [b]"The dag I became a vampire"[b],when Sara came back with her order.
"Here are your pannekoeken, pannenkoeken with srawberrys and your cappucino"
"That was fast,thanks Sara!"
Suddenly she heard this voice....
"So u do like strawberrys and u also smell like one"
Katharina looked up from her book, to look into the smiling face of Damon.
"Pardon me...oh it's just you,I thought that it was someone else"
Damon laughed:"No,just me"
"Are u stalking me of is it just coincidence?"
"A little bit of both, u can't tell anybody"
Katharina held a finger for her lips,"Your secret is veilig with me mister Damon Salvatore"
He bowed for her,"Thank u miss Katharina Meigham"
Katharina smiled,"Just call me Katharina"
"As u wish, Katharina.Are u expecting anyone?",he asked it with his sweet but still dangerous tone.
"Is that a way to ask a lady if u may kom bij her for cofee?.The answer is yes,you may"
Damon sat down, but didn't take his eyes of off her.
"So u figured me out?"
She blushed because he was still looking at her face.
"You are kind of transparend when you're not telling the truth, I'm I not right and no I haven't figured u out...yet!"
"Wel I can't lie to a beautyful young lady like you"
Katharina reased her eyebrows,"Young lady?.You make it seem like I'm 13 and you're a 100 years and you're not even that old so just call me Katharina!"
She didn't know how close she was at saying how old Damon really was.
Damon giggled:"Oké than miss Katharina, what are u doing so early in town?"
"I can ask u the same question, I came to do some shopping and you?"
"No wait don'ttell me;you came to stalk me,I'm I right?"
"Something like that,you're on the right track"
Damon and Katharina talked for a long time,about what they thoughed of Mistic Falls.
Damon laughed,Katharina asked Damon something and the smile on Damon's face disappeared.
"So Damon why were u so drunk last night?.You don't seem like the guy who drinks until he falls asleep of it"
Damon's voice sounded hard when he finally spoke.
"You tell me you're good at guessing,so tell me than!"
Katharina's face became red,she knew she had brought up a topic that Damon clearly wanted to forget.
"Um..I didn't meant to make u angry...I'm sorry.
I shouldn't have asked;I really sorry,um..I should go"
Damon saw that she didn't feel comfortable and that she was going to stand up,he felt bad.
"It's a long story,I'm sorry I didn't meant to make u feel uncomfortable"
She looked at him and carefuly asked him:"Do u want to talk about it?"
She wasn't sure how he would react this time.
Damon looked at her and their eyes met,her eyes were warm,calm and peacefyl,he knew he could trust her he just felt it.
"How do I begin um..I loved this girl she was the most beautyful girl I ever layed eyes on.I lost her once,but never stoped searching for her"
Damon could see Katharine's face right before him as he spoke of her.
Katharina listed to every word Damon said,"She most've been beautyful because of the way u talk about her"
"Yes she was;but I got a chance to finally meet her again.Her name was Kathrine"
"What Kathrine?.That's why u looked so strange at me when I came door at your house!"
"Yea about that hope u didn't mind"
"No it's oke.now I understand"
She looked at him for a moment and his face had a sad expression .
"What happend than,did u meet her?"
"No,she wasn't there to wait for me",damon felt the pain all over again when he founf out that Katherine wasn't in the tomb.
Katharina felt very sorry for what had happend to Damon.
"I'm so sorry for what happend to u damon,I truely am"
At that same moment Damon looked up to look at her;the sunlight shined on her,it seemedlike she just steped out of a fairytale.Her hair was wavy and black but it had a dark brown shine as the sunlight fell on it,her skin had a warm light brown colour and her eyes were meer black that dark brown in the sunlight.
She lookde at him and began to blush when she saw how he looked at her.
"Something wrong?"
Damon still staring at her asked why she asked that.
"it's just...you're staring at me,is there something wrong?"
"Like what?",he didn't stop staring at her.
katharina struggled to finf the right words because he was still staring at her she felt her face getting warmer,was she starting to get attracted to him?
She looked at him and he looked back at her,she saw the pain but deep down she saw a soft person with a warm soul",than she remembered that Damon was still waiting on an answer from her.
"You know like..um...like",she rolled her eyes.
"Oke I give up!"
Damon smiled,"You're a funny thing"
Katharina had a grin on her face,"Are u sure about that?"
Damon looked strait in her eyes,"You're making me wonder,is there meer than just all of this?"
Katharina giggeled,"Maybe of maybe not,everybody has his own litle secrets"
Damon smiled,"Hmm...I do want to get to know u better"
"O u do?,be carefull what u wish for"
"Well will have to wait and see what'll happen than"
She bursted out in laughter.
Damon looked at her and he felt these emotions,it made him a bit confused,eas he getting feelings for this beautyful girl,are was there meer was he falling in...LOVE??
