Well I'm not sure about Catt vs. Forwood yet, and Katherine might die (even if she won't, I don't think she will end up with Stefan *pouts*) but I'm pretty sure JA will end up together (if one of them won't die). SE vs DE is 50/50, but I have a huge faith in DE's endgame, so...
