I'm pretty confident that Jack didn't know what Rose was going to do with his drawing; he seemed genuinely shocked when she put it in the safe. That said, I'd like to believe he wouldn't have drawn it for her had he known. Jack is not a cruel dishonorable person, and although he may dislike Cal, I doubt he'd go along with something that was going to hurt and humiliate him.
