12. Southern Hospitality
I stared at him repeated the words over in my head. How are u still alive? What does that mean, what did he know. Our faces were masked with horror his horror of my morality and my face Horror of the truth.
“What do u mean door that?” I zei in a shaky voice, my bottom lip quivered and my body was ice. The pain of that dag came back to me for that short second, My hand on fire. It felt that way now. Kevin was getting hot.
“You were bitten door a vampire and your still alive. How!?” He tilted his head to the side, increasing his wild grip on my hand. I tried to take my hand back but he was strong extremely strong.
“What are u talking about this is a snake bite,” I protested. I had to know how he knew. What was he; he let go of my hand. I pulled it back and it has handprints, red almost like a burn.
“I have to know, how you’re alive, no one has survived a vampire bit and lived. u would have to be a vampire. ”
I swallowed hard. Just tell him the truth. “There were and now are, vampires in Forks.” I shook my head “Wait how do u know what this is?” I change it around now the spot light was on him.
“I know all about the other world, the Vampires, Weres- other Shifter.” He didn't look at me his hands were in his face shaking his head.
“What do u mean door other shifters?” I caught that what like Jacob, No. Imposable. Jacob was overgrown and hot, 109° F, he imprinted on people and fraught against vampires.
“Like me.” he mumbled into his hands. My eyes lit up.
“How? I though it was passed down through family line the Quileute to be exact, on La Push. u aren’t even from here?”
“There are shape shifters here” he found some composure and looked at me. His pupils where fluctuating he was trying to calm down. I only nodded my head. He was scaring me. I couldn’t see the happy in his green eyes. “What can they do?”
“Change into giant wolfs.” I zei I was shaking all over. He looked at me.
“So, u zei its passed down generation to generation. So that makes them Werewolf’s do they run in a pack?” I nodded my head this was way too much. “And the pack master? ”
“Jacob and Sam.” I stuttered. “What are u then?”
“I'm a shape shifter, I can turn into any type of animal after I have marked on it. I don't run in a pack its solo of pared for us. It’s very common in the south. I grew up in Memphis. Both of my parents were shifters”
“Oh” was I'll I could say. If that was the case then my love life is screwed. First Edward, the vampire, volgende Jacob, the Werewolf, Now Kevin, the Shape Shifter.
“Bella?” he zei he was looking at me. I blinked. I have no Idea what's going on.

“You never answered my first question. How are u still alive?” he zei after a few minutes.
“The vampire who bit me, did and at the time I was dating a vampire and he sucked all of the venom out of my hand. ” I answered in a monotone voice. From the corner of my eye I saw him nod.
“That was a lot to take in on one night” he said, he stood up “I'll call you.” He kissed my for head and walked out the door.
I closed my eyes and laid on the couch. This is getting ridiculous.
I was running through the forest, running from something of to someone. I didn't stop till I met this clearing out side of town I hear the waterfall in the background and the wildlife behind me. I stood there and waited I watched night wash over everything and I waited. I grew old just waiting it was torture just waiting. What am I wait for. Why am I waiting? I watched the sun rise and set for years. As thing around me grew old and I just watched. I watched the season change. I watched the city expand into the forest until it was just me, on a patch of green surrounded door silver.
I rolled off the divan, bank around six. Between Kevin and Alice had no idea what to expect today. I stood up and popped my back. Not the most comfortable sleep I have had. I walked into my bedroom and sat on the bed. What was with that dream about?
I looked out side it was still raining hard from last night. Who knew how much longer it would be. I got on my cell phone I and called Alice.
“Hi Bella! ” she zei her voice like wind chimes; it warmed me in a strange way. I was excited, like a kid on Christmas.
“Hi Alice.” I zei mid yawn.
“How did u sleep?”
“Not to well I had a strange dream.” I zei laying on my back looking at my spleet, split ends. “I was thinking about what we should do today.”
“Well,” she paused, “you want to do something different to your hair. We could go to Port Angles. Get it cut and colored.”
I laughed, “That sounds like fun. Um we can do it at 11:00 I have to get Alison to Sues and leave Jacob with out getting any suspicions. ”
“Ok well then u can have fun just the two of us. I love u Bella ” she kissed into the receiver and hung up.

Hey, I'm typing away at home pagina while my dad takes Mom on an extensive trip to France! Jacob could hardly contain his excitement! Seriously, He's burst into a dog three times- oh, not again Jake! Four times. Anyways, whenever my parents are out, my dad posts up a lijst of rules. Here's what he wrote.

your mom and I are going to France. Do not take advantage of this with Jacob. Tell Alice where you're going, and DON'T go to La Push. Watch for bears, and don't go anywhere near the hunting zone. No vrienden over later than 10:00PM unless it's Jacob(even then don't try anything funny.). Jacob is not allowed on your bed(and I don't care if he's in dog form.). Alice will come over to check in on u regularly, but call her if u need help.

Ugh. As if Jake and I would do anything stupid. I think Jake was planning on that, though. Well, I hear Jake break something upstairs. I'm gonna see what he's up to. Later!

That took me door surprise. As I took my zitplaats, stoel volgende Bella, she whispered, too low for the surrounding humans to hear, that she was proud of me.
When it was over, I was convinced myself and Bella had had a less melodramatic ceremony than this. Then again, perhaps it had been even meer so.
Alice had gone over-the-top with decorations, not that Renesmee minded. She was unlike Bella in that way. When it was my turn to dance with her, she whispered, "You'll still be my dad."
Again with the dramatics.
When it was Bella's turn, she let me see her thoughts. A special gift. I enjoyed hearing her thoughts.
"This bothers u meer than you're letting on, Edward. Relax, let it go. She'll be fine," Bella said.
"You know me so well," I grinned at her before Emmett claimed her and I was forced to dance with Rosalie.
