MAYA CHAPTER FIVE: FIGHTS AND SURPRISES

The vamp in front of me growled and stared me down, her goud eyes burning. “Next time, watch where you’re going, bitch,” she hissed, her voice low and deadly. “Or you’ll regret it.”
I couldn’t help it; I had to laugh. I always found it funny...

"No don't!" I screamed. I'm not ready for this. What if Jacob doesn't want to be with a vampire and he forgets about me?
"I'm not going to turn u yet," he said. Oh good. Maybe someone will save me.
"Oh... well, when will you," my voice was shaky.
"After I bring u to Italy," he responded.
"Italy?"
"Yes, it's where my, um I guess you'd say family lives. I want u to become part of the guard as a, punishment," he said.
"Wait. I'll be living in Italy?" I asked.
"Yes,"
"Will Jacob be aloud there?" I asked.
"Is that that werewolves name? Well no he isn't because he is a werewolf," he said. So basically...

PREFACE


The woods were filled with silence and I looked around for any signs of the slayer. As I heard the leaves on the ground rustling, I turned around and there he appeared from the treetops of a nearby boom and he gave me a sly smile which sent shivers down my spine before slowly approaching me and my hart-, hart was pounding inside my chest. I was vulnerable as there wasn’t anyone to protect me and I knew that I was going to die here, alone. Please let this be over fast, I thought to myself.
Every step that he took towards me was another step closer to death. His long, black hair was flowing...
