He seemed almost stupid after imprinting, I just didn't like how one-sided and flat he seemed to become.

i never liked Jacob until the fourth book in his perspective but once i found out he imprinted on renessme i hated him i can't stand him its so so so disgusting

His imprinting was like second to the most perfect thing about the whole book!!!!!! Perfect! Genius! Why would anyone not like Jacob imprinting on Nessie?

lizisme said what I think, I was slightly worried to read in Jake's perspective, but I think it was quite a "book saving" thing, I really liked that part. I hoped that he could end up with Leah and they could argue happily ever after, but then he went and imprinted... on Bella's new born, half vampire baby... and then he wasn't the same Jake. He just changed, and it's weird for me to say, but I missed how he was in the other books.

I was glad he imprinted, because after reading the book from his point of view I really saw all the pain that he was in. I'm glad he's finally happy now, and that I don't have to hate him anymore for trying to get with Bella!

he changed when he imprinted he wasnt the same fun and outgoing werewolf! it bugged me he was so protective and worried so nothing would happen he didnt seem the same and i missed how he used to be :]

i was really happy tht he finally imprinted. Jacob isnt my favorite character and i didnt want him to be with bella so im glad he finally found somebody nd he can be in bellasife

I'm happy he's happy, but he just wasn't Jacob anymore. His character became one-dimensional and boring. He was no longer sweet, warm and funny.

Oh well. In my mind, it was just a minor personality glitch and he gets back to normal after the fourth book ends.

Edit: It only made me like him a tiny bit less. He's still my favorite character by far.
