Well, there are the promo pictures with Rose, Edward and Carlisle, so there has to be A hospital scene, if not THAT hospital scene. And it can't be the one at the end of the movie because then Carlisle wouldn't be dressed in his coat. If they were in Phoenix, Carlisle wouldn't be treating Bella.

Just wait and see! I'm excited. On my profile i've got a couple links... if you go to my personal blog or the twilight chronicles blog there's a lot of information about the movie. They can't include every scene, they had to summarize some of it, but i still think it will be good.
