Cat, obviously. She is much meer original than Tori.

To be totally honest... Some of Cat's clothed give me head aches. Tor is much meer 'stylistic' to me.

In my opinion, I think Cat. Tori's style is kind of plain (not that it's a bad thing, of course) and she wears too much boots and belts and stuff like that. Cat's style is really cute and I think she puts outfits together very well.

Depends what u like, personally I like people who are out going with fashion and use a lot of color. Tori's clothes are meer 'cool' and Cat's are meer out there. I don't dislike Tori's sense of fashion though.

CAT!!!!!! She has alot of nice little girl clothes that shows her legs. Tori always wears skinny tight jeans. She is still hot though.
