Saurabh Tewari's Nautanki Films'Shikhar is undoubtedly the volgende much awaited toon on Colors. Several big names had reportedly been approached to be part of the toon and considering that the concept bordered around kruis border romance, the hunt for the lead faces was magnanimous. We hear that many populair hunks of televisie were approached for the male lead role and the toon has apparently shortlisted two names for the leads.

A bron says, "Known faces like Vivian Dsena, Abhinav Shukla, Rajat Tokas and other names had been considered to play the male lead. But going door the status now, it seems like Vivian (popular as Abhay of Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani) has a brighter chance to bag the plump role. To play the female lead Drashti Dhami tops the probable list."

If all goes well, Vivian Dsena, who was last seen as the blood sucking vampire in ster One's Pyaar Kii Ye Ek Kahaani and Drashti Dhami popularly known as Geet of Geet Hui Sabse Parayi will team up to play the leadsin the show.

Drashti Dhami denied the news of being approached for the show.
