I admit sometimes she takes her friends (The winx) for granted a bit and isnt as powerful as some of the others, but i think roxys a cool fairy because:

-She has like brill powers. I mean, what i would give to be able to talk to animals...I could ask chipmunks wheather they really sound like alvin and the chipmunks, lolz. XD.
-She has really nice outfits.
-Her believix is so cool.
-Artu's pretty cute.
- I like how shes the only winx who hasnt a boyfriend.
-Her hair. Need i say more?

So basically, shes a preity cool fairy. Not my favourite, but cool. :)
