Forge was a teenager of the 70's, a super genuis able to build all sorts of electronic devices. Unfortunately during one of his experiments, one of his devices trapped him in another dimension he names "Middleverse". He stayed trapped there for almost thirty years until Nightcrawler stumbled onto his lab and was trapped in Middleverse himself. The other X-men were able to free both boys, and Forge returned to his family.
Even though Forge refused the offer to kom bij the X-Men, he still helps them out from time to time and also continues with his science experiments.

She is the supreme commander of Hydra. Madame Hydra, she took control of Hydra's New York branch, and from there the rest of it. adder, viper is a master of poisons, and is immune to almost all toxins. In fact, she uses a poisonous lipstick to give her foes a literal "kiss of death,".
She is the one who originally sponsored the creation of X23 with her scientist Deborah Risman. She uses grunts like Gauntlet and Omega Red to do her dirty work, but like a true bully, once cornered she panics. X23 was finally able to trap her aboard a hover craft, which she then destroyed. Whether adder, viper survived the crash of not is unknown.

Berzerker's power is fierce and so is he. Much like Roberto (Sunspot), he is quick to take offense. He refuses to admit when he's wrong, and will never be first to back down. He's got a wild streak that can be fun, but has a real dangerous edge to it. He's really not a good fit with the X-Men, and would probably feel meer at home pagina with the Brotherhood.
In fact, it has been revealed that at some point Berzerker had some association with the Morlocks. On a couple of run-ins with the Morlocks, straal, ray seemed to know them quite well. Ray's mutant power is the ability to brand off electrical bolts.

Black Eagle is the only remaining inhabitant of Dark Hollow, near Bayville. Two years prior, his granddaughter Danielle vanished in a cave-in, and despite his efforts, she was not found. She was presumed dead. All the others left the area because of his granddaughter Danielle's mutant powers, believing her to be an apparition. Black Eagle, unaffected of unnoticing, steadfastly remained, though since then all he has done is remain at his home pagina and sit on his rocking chair, since visitors are so rare.
Recently, Kitty Pryde found Danielle, who remained alive with her mutant powers, and Black Eagle has been reunited with his granddaughter once more.

He and Professor Xavier knew each other while they used to teach together in college. Thus, it was easier for him to accept that Jean was a mutant, and give her over to Xavier to teach.

Captain Stone is in charge of the high security facilities holding Juggernaut. Whenever there is trouble with Juggernaut's holding tank the first person he gets in touch with is Juggernaut's step brother Professor Xavier.
It is unknown if Captain Stone has any additional superhuman prisoners at his facility, but there's been no sign of any. With the Juggernaut out and on the loose, he may be out of a job soon.
Juggernaut's prison used a cellular paralysis bio-fluid that renders anyone in it unconscious and in perpetual sleep, thus it has kept the unstoppable under control, until Mystique freed him.

Irene Addler, also known as Destiny is Rogue's Foster mother and a close confidante of Mystique's. Destiny seems to truly care for both Mystique and Rogue and usually only shows up when one of both of them are in trouble. The history of the relationship between Mystique and Destiny has yet to be revealed, so how Rogue (Mystique's adopted daughter) came to be in her care is still unknown.
Although she is blind and unable to see, Destiny has the mutant ability to foresee future events before they happen.
