Jaime leapt onto a pole and flipped off of it. Bullets whizzed past his face as he maneuvered around the CIA agents.
"C'mon! Pick up the pace grandpa!" Jaime laughed and looked at the phone in his hand.
"Names of people eh? What have u been up to?" Jaime kept running, ducking and covering every time a dart of bullet was shot at him.
"You little brat! Stop moving!" Conway shot at him again.
"Catch me if u can, old man!" Jaime leapt onto the rooftop and started running. Lexi flew above him and kept a eye out,
"What are u doing Jaime?" Lexi soared lower
"Lexi! SCRAM!" Jaime watched her fly above him.
"Make me!" She growled and flicked a smoke bomb at him. Jaime coughed and waved the smoke from his face.
"LEXI!!" Jaime growled and followed Lexi.

Sorry for all the random late night one-shots. Writing helps me fall asleep.

The dreary rain had turned the clouds gray, yet somehow it had also effected the entire city. The rising buildings, the passing cars, the faces of the people hurrying about the streets, all void of color.
Those somber faces, Makaio felt, were mocking him. He could see them clearly, make out distinct characteristics; he was able to distinguish the features of strangers, yet his memory refused him the privilege of the faces of the ones he cared to see. It was his own mind that was betraying him.
