Apperance: Long blue hair with a light shaded streak down the middle of her bangs. She has fair skin and green/blue eyes.

Personality: Quiet, Content, Calm, Scared, Sad, Alone. But she also is annoyed easily and untrusting. (ONE WORDED RESPONSES)

Abilities/Skills: She was a gymnast, so she can do flips and tricks, and she is some-what skilled with knives, blades, and swords.

Background: Catalina was born in Paris, France but moved to America at a young age different. Her parents raised her and loved her, but they disowned her, at the age of 15, when they saw her kill her pet cat with a flick of her wrist. She was left, homeless and cold, and soon "died" from the weather of the cold Washington climate. A family saw her and rushed her to the hospital. She was saved, but she doesn't have a heartbeat. So she believes she lingers between death and life, thus enhancing her power. She now isolates herself from people because of her power.

Notes: Cobalt is a name she took on to hide her own gegeven door her parents.
All her names, first, middle, last, and alias are all shades of blue.
She cannot always bring people back to life, meer like small creatures and plants, bringing someone back can give her a high chance of being pulled into death fully.
Killing people is much easier, takes no energy of effort, than saving people.
