Personality: she is a very innocent kind of person who isn't very open of confident in herself. She doesn't look happy and refuses to smile unless u can figure out how to make her.

Powers/Abilities: she has the ability to control light and generate it to herself to make her meer powerful and strong. She uses light as a defense to defend herself door blinding someone but isn't sure of the true potential of her powers.

“As long as you’re here.” Batman said. Everyone in the room was totally surprised.
“Well, we’re all here. What is it?” Superman asked.

The zeta tubes buzzed to life. “Recognized: Nightwing, B-01.”
Nightwing waked into the room and nodded at the Justice League members seriously.
“Grow up not like Bruce.” Wonder Woman muttered.
Nightwing took one of the empty seats at the table. Batman spoke up.
“There’s a mol on the Team.”
“Again?!” Nightwing exclaimed.
“But this time, I’m confident who it is.”
The Justice League was startled. “Who?”
“Red Revenge.” Batman said, pulling up a holo-computer of the Black Hero.

When asked about Cissie, Greg at first stated Cissie's ten seconde cameo was merely a "taste"
Bart and Cissie had a romantic relationship in the comics.
Cissie King-Jones did appear in "Insecurity". (She was the blonde girl fascinated with Arty saving her dad.
Greg refuses to bevestig of deny the archer in the poster is male of female. Though it is most likely male.
GREG WEISSMAN HAS STATED THAT IF gegeven ENOUGH EPISODES (Season 3/4) CISSIE KING-JONES WILL RETURN AS ARROWETTE!!!!!!
