kraan sat volgende a elderly woman, his legs crossed as he listened to her talk. The male chuckled and shook his head, sighing softly as he leaned back in the zitplaats, stoel he was in. "Times have really changed.." He zei softly and looked out the window of the nursing home. "That they have.. Such a shame u weren't around to face that change. Everything was thrown at u once, wasn't it?" She asked, pulling up the covers a bit more.
"In a way it was.." He zei and chuckled again, shrugging. "I'm slowly staring to cope, I've been struggling a bit though..going from the forties to the twenty-first century is a bit much for me." kraan said, slowly rising from the seat. "Harver.." She zei and kraan stopped in his trackers on his way to the window.
"I haven't heard that name in a while.."
"That's because u won't let people in.. u have to trust them." She whispered and kraan tensed.
"I try.." He muttered and leaned against the window-sill. "I can't even trust myself, what if I-"
"You won't." The woman cut off, looking weakly up at the man. "I helped create u Harver, I knew the kid u were. u can change, and u have." She zei and kraan shook his head.
"I'm done talking about it." He whispered and returned to the seat, looking at woman.
"You know, it's horrible what age does.." He zei softly and the woman laughed. "Says the man who will hardly age in his life." She zei and shook her head, smiling softly. "We never had that date." She zei and kraan laughed. "I'm little too young for u know." kraan zei and they both laughed, the woman taking a coughing fit. He held out a glass of water to her and she shook her head. "My time is over.. u can't keep returning to me when everyday. Find someone else to talk too." She said, her voice now raspy. "I appreciate u spending most of your time here. But u have a team now, take care of them." The woman reached over, pulling a pin from the drawer. "Find someone who won't let u get anyway with just anything. I know u can." She whispered and dropped the pin into his hand, closing his hand around it. The woman sighed contently, looking up at him. "You can still visit me, but not as often, okay?" She zei and kraan nodded, picking up the leather jas and slipping it on. "I'll see u around.." kraan zei softly and kissed her forehead, slipping in the pocket before slipping out the door.
