If the world ended this summer and the story stayed like that, even non-existent any longer, u would still sense me being pissed and furious. We like Alaric and Enzo, so that their resurrections are good news; I would love to see them compete for Damon’s friendship, it should increase his self-esteem. But Damon has to return and Enzo must get his humanity back before, and that can take a while; BTW: With Damon gone, nobody knows Enzo good enough to get him back in touch with his emotions. geplaatst een jaar geleden

Our chances for the Gilbert Family OT4 (Damon, Elena, Alaric, Jeremy) to be all happily together in the end increased, with at least all of the male members of that family having been dead for a while before they all got back to life of undead existence (and the female member was gone shortly while her body has been possessed). I really look vooruit, voorwaarts to Elena and Alaric taking care of each other, although I guess that Elena – teaching Alaric how to live as a vampire – will get reminded of how Damon taught her how to deal with vampirism. een jaar geleden

♥ We expected Damon’s death for years now, because he was shortly dead in the boeken and came close to dying in each season finale of the show, and many even already thought that Damon would have died in S4, before it turned out to be Jeremy instead. ♥ There are supposed to be seven seasons now, but only if all three main actors stay, what sounds good – as long as they really stop after S7. ♥ When I first saw the pool tafel, tabel in the Salvatore mansion, I starting hoping that we would one dag have Stefan walk into the room and seeing a modern version (Elena’s new style etc.) of his dream in S2 about Delena at the pool tafel, tabel that would be great! ♥ een jaar geleden

The writers do an amazing work with the show’s characters and relationships (especially the complex, deep and complicated character of Damon Salvatore and the unforgettable and legendary Delena love story), but the storylines – especially the supernatural ones – are bad, stupid and uninteresting, often already happened in other stories and are also repetitive in the show: a group of vampires, werewolves, Originals, doppelgangers, Travellers, …; quests to get a supernatural device, moonstone, necklace, cure, anchor, doppelganger blood, …; and so on. The situation only changes in the first and the last couple of episodes each season while in between almost nothing happens, the basics stay the same and slight developments very often are made useless door setbacks; and the stories with time feel meer and meer forced, go against what we have been told before and bend the basic story rules immensely. een jaar geleden

I expect some dreams, visions, memories etc. at the beginning to provide DE scenes for us, but they can’t keep Delena apart from each other for too long, because they and their amazing love story are the hart-, hart and soul of the story, what causes me to think that there will be some kind of catch when they reunite. And really hoping against a repetition of amnesia, I don’t expect DE to already be happily together again after only a few episodes, while I still hope for a phase of happily being together and dealing with problems around them (not between them) for either the end of S6 of a possible S7. I don’t know how to survive the summer, but I am not worried and the end definitely will be worth the pain now; Delena’s love story is so beautiful (including all of its obstacles and postponements). een jaar geleden

I can’t come up with interest for what happens when supernaturals die without the Other Side, how the “new lives” of everyone look, of what world Damon and Bonnie got to (I just desperately want them back with the others). The toon got over the “change for college” better than others, but I don’t look vooruit, voorwaarts for yet another of such big “basic changes” after another time jump (what before only happened every two seasons) – and to Elena surviving without Damon (although he caused her to become the strong woman that she is now) –, and we somehow only hear what we don’t know and not what will happen. I don’t like what is described, but I usually don’t like the talk about what is planned for the show; and things never end up as bad as they sound and we always get amazing Delena moments, so that I don’t worry, although it is even harder to stay calm with DE scenes improving everything still being months away. een jaar geleden

I always love Delena speaking about their shared future, and after Elena’s “kind of proposal” [4x13] and Damon’s “kind of proposal acceptance [5x03], we now got both of them talking about staying exclusively together forever at the same time [5x22]. u need to look at the picture combination on linkthat fits perfectly to the artikel on linkthat I suggested for u to read a while ago. I would so love to see DE wedding, marriage and hopefully also children! I understand when u have to concentrate on school, but I am SO happy at the moment that u write me.
It is so beautifully written what u zei about Enzo.
Although the universe keeps Elena from realizing it directly, she at least indirectly admitted that SE is unreal ("The universe doesn't control anything. It is not real."/ "You and I. We are messy and complicated. But we are real."), and Stelena joking about Damon carrying Elena home pagina underlined how over and at peace with it they are. geplaatst een jaar geleden

The Delena 5x20 end scene is really beautiful, and I agree with what u wrote. And I read the whole song lyrics and they are just perfect for DE. But already Damon saving Elena in 5x19, carrying her to bed and running his finger over her cheek (even meer parallels, yeah) as well as Damon saving Elena in 5x20 - after Elena called out for him in a time of need - are so wonderful, and I am very glad that Stefan told Elena that Damon brought her to her college bed (because I wanted her to know it, and Damon doesn’t brag). een jaar geleden

I only follow the other storylines partly, but I understand what u say (Germany just stopped after 5x12 until August [I guess, because of the World Cup this summer] so that I won’t see scenes without Damon for some time). But I didn’t like the storylines in S1 and S2 (not what I read/watch normally) and think that there are too many undeveloped characters, places etc. and too much bending of the former story rules in S5. Some people say that the Originals took a too big part in S3 and S4, but those are the only times when I had at least some interest in non-Delena/Damon stories. But I always mostly of exclusively watch the toon for the complex, deep and complicated character of Damon Salvatore and the legendary and unforgettable DE love story. The writers do a good job with the relations and the characters, but I am not a fan of the storylines, and – not only for me – the toon would be a complete failure without Delena/Damon. een jaar geleden

Elena loves Stefan like Matt, Bonnie, Caroline etc. - Jeremy a little bit more. That means much to her, but she has many loved ones. It is a strong love, but not BEING IN LOVE. Stefan has not been a love option for Elena in a very long time, Stelena are only kept in the story door what the people around them say and through fake publicity. And (non-romantic) “almost-close” SE moments can only be created through dreams, visions, amnesia, possession and such “unnormal” and unreal things. geplaatst een jaar geleden

After Delena always needing things to be real for them THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE STORY and Elena calling loving Damon “the most real thing ever felt”, the SE relation that we have always called immature and unrealistic and that has never made sense of had any build up is shown to be “created” and forced. Tessa zei “True love prevails. Universe be damned.” before Enzo calls Elena Damon’s “true love”, and we now even got at least indirectly Elena admitting that she and Stefan are unreal together (“The universe can’t control anything. It is not real.” and “But it’s not real. u and I. We’re real.”). And what has been discussed wrongly considering the sire bond and its effects in S4 is true for the doppelganger connection. een jaar geleden

Do u really still want me to answer the Enzo-question after the last episode? Well, he is attractive, has a hot accent and is fun to watch. I can't be mad at him because he went eleven times through what we calculated around here about what Damon had to suffer through in five years (that was already very much and the numbers were scary). It was so heart-breaking how he stated that he would lose everything door hating Damon. So, let us wait how things will work out with him as an emotionless ghost, but I tand to forgive people easily and basically like him – and feel really sorry for him, but am ALWAYS on Damon's sides (although there are no sides, like Damon explained). een jaar geleden
