I think what all of u forget is that Damon loves his brother. I think he will force Stefan to go back to Elena because he still believes that Stefan deserve it meer to be with Elena. In promos it seems to be Stefan that returns but nothing of note of hospital in promos so happens after accident I'm guessing. Hoping to every god I know Damon returns for her. it's soo frustrating to see/listen other people say how the delena makeout in 3x19 was sleezy and trashy because they did it in a motel! it doesn't matter where they did it people all that mattered in that scene was that they finally gave in to all of their emotions. it shouldn't matter where it happened.
