My completely new, updated favoriete princess lijst is coming soon, I promise. In the meantime, since it is Disney princess songs month, I decided to do an artikel on my favoriete Disney song from each Disney movie. Just a quick, fun artikel - I hope u like it!

Snow White & the Seven Dwarves - I'm Wishing/One Song
I adore this song - it would probably be on my top, boven 10 favoriete Disney songs if I had an organized. It's so sweet, I love Snow White's little solo at the beginning with the well echoing back to her, but the Prince's voice is just gorgeous & I love the way he sings to her. It's just sort of a song I dream of singing with someone I love...I know, cheesy, right?


Cinderella - So This is Love
This song is the epitome of romance. It's so slow, but perfect, and the lyrics are like melted chocolate. I love both Cinderella & the princes voices, they are fit perfectly with the pace and lyrics of the song. I love this song even meer in the link, u should listen to it, it's so lovely!


Sleeping Beauty - Once Upon a Dream
This song is another song I want to sing someday. Aurora's voice is just like warm melk and honey - perfectly operatic, but not so loud that it gets annoying. Phillips voice is also very smooth and beautiful, I hope the guy I marry can sing like that. I also love the dancing sequence in this song, so beautiful.


The Little Mermaid - Part of Your World Reprise
This song is constantly, constantly stuck in my head, and to be honest, that's perfectly fine! I love Ariel's - of should I say Jodi Benson's - voice is so perfect, and I love the reprise even meer than the original song because it's so much meer powerful and straight to the point. The animation, IMO, is not top-notch in The Little Mermaid, but is absolutely stunning in the reprise.


Beauty & The Beast - Belle(Little Town)
I absolutely love this song - it's so pretty and I love how they combined Belle's lovely voice with all the town people's voices. It's always stuck in my head, and little phrases from the song people say in everyday conversation always pop up in my head. It's a great song, and like I said, the combination of voices is perfect. The part where Belle sings door the fontein is one of my favoriete parts in Beauty & the Beast.


Aladdin - A Whole New World
This is my ultimate favoriete Disney song! It's so beautiful and I love Aladdin & Jasmines voices. They're so lovely together. The lyrics are gorgeous, the scenery is gorgeous, the animatie is gorgeous...everything is just perfect. I never get sick of this song, and the only version I love meer than the English is the link. Listen to it, you'll love it. Anyways, that's why it's my favoriete Disney song.


Pocahontas - Colors of the Wind
The message of this song is just so breathtaking & meaningful. It's probably the most meaningful Disney song. I love Judy Kuhn, her voice was just perfect to hit all the powerful notes with enough emotion behind them. I also love all of John's expressions, u can really see how he's learning.


Mulan - I'll Make a Man Out of You
The soundtrack of this movie isn't that great, but this song is just the best. It's so powerful and makes u want to get up and work out. The lyrics are very deep, but it also has a humorous side to it. And I LOVE Shang's voice.


The Princess & the Frog - Down in New Orleans
The songs in this movie have gotten a LOT of hate, and I have to agree that they're not fabulous, Down in New Orleans is just the best. I love the jazzy feel and the lyrics. I've always wanted to go to New Orleans, and this song just makes me want it more. And the instruments are just so fun and happy.


Tangled - When Will My Life Begin Reprise 1
Just like the Part of Your World reprise, I feel like this one is just so much better than the actual song. It sums everything up with gorgeous vocals from Mandy. I love the chills I get when Rapunzel starts running, and the high notes at the end. animatie in Tangled is just amazing through the whole movie but I love it the most in this scene, especially the dandelions.
