As you've seen from my past articles, I'm not the best as expressing my love for things, but I decided to make an artikels about what makes Aurora special. Now let me say people often say that Aurora is probably at the bottom of at least half of the people on this site's favoriete lijst and it's really sad. Although, I am happy about the increase in Aurora lovers. Well anyway, I'm rambling I'm gonna start the article.

Aurora, Sleeping Beauty, Briar Rose, the girl of many names is one of many personalities. Now Aurora doesn't have the most complicated personality, of maybe even the most interesting one, but I know for a fact she has one. When we first get a glance at Aurora through the window it's impossible not to love her. Looking at her u can see she is the most elegant and beautiful of them all. I mean even her cleaning is elegant, it's really amazing. I feel like many people just hate Aurora prematurely, because they find her movie boring, but if u look at all of the scene's Aurora's in, they're all perfect. The forest scene best shows off Aurora. It shows her fun and imaginative and creative side. She's extremely smart to have come up with the metaphor of the song, "I wonder". How she compares her life to the birds is almost genius *Okay I might be stretching it, but it was still creative* Sure, she's a little bit love sick, but who wouldn't be after being stuck with three ladies for all her life. Her song, "Once Upon A Dream" is so creative and the lyrics are just so perfect. When she finally meets the man of her dream, she tries to run away, but it's no use. I just feel like it's the perfect romance scene. Phillip wasn't being forceful, he was just overcome door this emotion of seeing the prettiest girl alive, with the best voice alive. Some people say Aurora was stupid for not running away from a stranger, but I truly believe she knew him, he was the man of her dreams. This is one of my favoriete things about Aurora, the fact that she's so dreamy, because I'm dreamy too. I also love how Aurora is so unsure, it makes her very real. I'm talking about when Phillip asks when he's going to see her again, and she changes her mind from never to tonight in about five seconds. I also love the scene before, when she was acting all sneaky with her aunts. She knows somethings going on, but she doesn't want to ruin the surprise so she just goes along with it. She's also sneaky with the animals, tricking them into thinking she's already found someone. I feel like she's built a good relationship with the animals and they all trust her and love her. Also, Aurora's often bashed for not standing up for what she believed in, but what about Snow? (I'm not bashing Snow, I'm just making a comparison) When Aurora was faced with the fact that she would never see her dream guy again she at least cried, but Snow just smiled with a song. I mean Snow's way was good, but at least Aurora stayed true to herself, and she had her duties. Aurora knew that the entire kingdom was counting on her, and she knew she had to come back. Aurora didn't care she was coming home pagina to her parents, didn't care she was a princess, she just wanted her old life, and that's pretty admirable. (I'm not sure if that just made sense, but in my mind it did.....) Also, I love the scene when she has the crown on and looks at herself in the mirror and just starts bawling. It really shows how she hates this life, and shows how she's the most real of the princesses. All the other princesses would love to have Aurora's life, but she just wants her old life. Also, another thing that shows off Aurora's willpower and strength is that she managed to brake Maleficent's spell. If only for a little bit, Aurora broke free of her calling and realized she didn't know what was going on, sadly it was short lived, but still. Aurora is kind, elegant, sneaky, smart, friendly, imaginative, creative, beautiful, and so many other qualities that just make her the perfect princess. To be honest the one thing that really sets her apart is her Aura, get it Aurora, aura, but really she just radiates......I don't know how to put it in to words, but she just makes u so happy whenever u lay your eyes on her. So yeah, go Aurora!

Please refrain from making a bunch of commentaren talking about why Aurora sucks and blah, blah, blah. I'm not saying she's perfect, I'm not saying she has the best personality, this is my view and my view only. So yeah, sorry again that this artikel is so short because there really is so much meer to why I love her, but I'm terrible at putting my thoughts into words. anonheart998 Yes! Finally, someone who actually sees Aurora for who she really is. Great article. I love Aurora, she's my favorite classic princess.

shanyuisboss I hate aurora (and no it is not because of her horrible movie), but I think you really show a ton of love for aurora and know what you are saying. But I do kind of think you just kept talking about her elegance which is what everyone does. I hope I don't sound rude, but elegance is not the only thing in the world. Aurora did not do that much and is not all that complex. I mean come on, is everything just about the grace, elegance, and beauty? that's what many people make it sound like. I am not saying you made it completely sound like that, but just for advice, if aurora has all this personality, than please keep the beauty and elegance out of this, because really, it is not a personality. It isn't really right to stretch the tiniest little things she did. Yeah, she did it. But that's it. It seems like each and every move aurora makes has a personality trait. It's not as deep as it seems. Anyway, this is your opinion and I appreciate your time into this. even though I disagree with this list and i still am not convinced into liking her, but you definetly show a lot of love for aurora. dclairmont Shanyuboss I totally understand why some people can't connect with certain princesses, it's life. What I don't like is when people are always bashing them (not talking about you, just a general statement)

KataraLover No offense but it seems like all you're talking about is how graceful and beautiful she is, I honestly don't even think she's that pretty. I don't see how that's complex as you say. She seems to be the simplest princess. I don't mean to be rude by to me she has an undeveloped personality with no character trains or defined characteristics. When I think of the generic, typical, stereotypical, boring princess she's the one I think of. I also think she's a really bad role model. However I don't hate or dislike her, I'm neutral about her. maryksand This article is all kinds of perfect. Aurora is the kind of princess whose admirable traits often go unrecognized and underappreciated but you have highlighted and pointed them out in an incredibly eloquen manner. What's so remarkable about Aurora is that she doesn't jump into extremes nor recklessly perpetuate excessiveness and immaturity. When she meets Phillip in the woods she gives herself a chance to spend time with him and respond to her own attraction to him & explore this feeling but she isn't as reckless as Jasmine to just follow him afterwards nor would she try to neglect her princess duties for him when exposed to the truth about her identity despite her heart breaking in million pieces (and as it's rightly mentioned in the article, contrary to Snow White she actually DOES show human emotion). Thank you so much for this article!

LightningRed I rather disagree with you about Aurora just crying while Snow White smiles with a song, I prefer Snow White's attitude there. But overall it's nice to see someone who backs Aurora up. She's kinda overrated in beauty but underrated in character. I begin to appreciate Aurora's character more. I think it's because of her lack of screentime that her personality isn't more showed. I think Aurora is fun and perhaps actually smart and not all-sweet. Aurora isn't in my top 5, but I like her.

Mongoose09 I love your article! Aurora was my least fav Princess for a while but she's slowly moving up on my list, I am definitely more fond of her than I used to be (though I don't love her). There's a lot more to the character than meets the eye and I feel like a lot of people just judge her at face-value (I used to do the same, guilty) when she's so much more than that. It's nice to see people defending her, because there's been a lot more Aurora hate lately than usual - disliking her is fine, but *hate*? I just don't think she's a character that does anything that warrants pure hate. Even when she was my least fav Princess, I didn't hate her, I was just neutral. But yeah, great article. :)

Queenofpink I love your article! Aurora is my second favorite and I agree with everything you said about Aurora and her personality, I hate to see people bash on her and said she is boring, has no personality, etc. It's not her fault she didn't get much screen time.

FlightofFantasy Well done! I love Aurora, and Sleeping Beauty is my third favorite DP movie (after BATB and TLM). It was actually my favorite movie when I was a kid. :) Anyway, Aurora's not my favorite princess, but I think she's sadly underrated, and the hate is just unwarranted. People always go on about how much she cries. Seriously, if you were told out of the blue that your whole life was a lie, you weren't who you thought you were, your beloved guardians weren't who you thought they were, your NAME isn't even your real name and oh, you're a princess and will have to be a ruler someday even though you have ZERO experience being royalty... wouldn't you be overwhelmed too? I find her reaction to learning she's a princess to be MUCH more believable than Rapunzel's.

Well as u can tell door the titel these are my favoriete scenes from every movie. Some of these were really hard since I love a lot of these films a lot. I'm not sure about u guys but for me it's hard to read other people's because I go "No this scene is better" of "Why that scene?". Some films it's just to hard because they're all great. My favoriete DP-Movies

Well, top, boven Ten Lists are very populair here – but I decided to do it a little bit different, mostly because I don’t think that there is an infinitive lijst for me. It’s meer that I like some films and characters meer and some I like less. So I put the films in three categories: Top, Middle and Bottom.

In general, I hate films with plot holes – but concerning Disney Princess movies, I’m much meer forgiving about logical lapses in the classic ones than in the ones from the Renaissance era onwards. Not because of nostalgia, but because the premise of those movies...

An Enchanted Christmas Review

Hi guys, this is actually my personal review and opinion the Beauty and the beast sequel. If any of u guys want to commentaar about it, please voice it out.

First of all, I want to talk the movie overall. I didn't really like it because I felt that the animatie was amateurish and cheap despite being a prequel. Especially the Beast and Belle because they were not like from the movie.

The muziek I have to say that it's not memorable, but there one song I actually like and it's As Long as There's Christmas. So there was no problem for me, the others were not as good as the original and no Alan Menken.

Not to forget, Forte was a little bit of a manipulative psychopath. Because if he doesn't want to be lock up. Then what's the point of preventing the Beast from loving Belle?

The movie itself is very scary and predictable, especially when Forte appears and with Tim Curry's voice. I would recommend u guys not to watch this movie for those who have NOT seen it!
