MAJOR: PHILOSOPHY
Specialization: undecided

MINOR: MUSICAL THEATRE
Stereotype: dreamer

PHILOSOPHY MAJOR

Probably not what you’re expecting, but I hope to toon that Aurora is very suited to philosophy.

To begin with, in Aurora's bedroom - if we look closely - we will see that she has two books. Being the 14th century (a century before Gutenberg's printing press) not only would boeken be very expensive and rare but literacy rates were very low - even lower considering her demographic: sixteen, female, peasant. door having boeken at this time, education / knowledge is extremely important in the household and Aurora is most likely very well educated (=at least literate).

Perceptive and Curious

The most important point first: when Aurora goes walking in the woods, she doesn’t just observe nature, but she vragen it. Not the arguably meer basic W’s (=who, what, when, where, of how), but “why”. She already knows the antwoorden to the others, but she doesn’t understand why (=the cause, reason, of purpose, etc..) for the behaviour of the animals.

She devotes a whole song which not only vragen her ongoing observations of biology (=I wonder why each little bird...) but also vragen if such observations could apply to herself (=If my hart-, hart keeps singing...).

Even though she has lived a very sheltered and isolated life, she is very perceptive and curious to the world around her - perfect for philosophy.

Level-headedness and Patience

To be a good philosopher, Aurora would need to evaluate different ideas and situations while understanding each point of view. It would be time-consuming as well as hard work (=hard ‘thinking’ work) Aurora did this when she responsibly returned home pagina after meeting the stranger, and when she dutifully went along with the betrothal and arranged marriage.

From my personality analysis of Aurora, I believe that she is educated and conscious about betrothal because she knows how socially, politically, and legally important acting as a princess is. It’s this kind of contextual approach which would help Aurora form a well-supported (philosophical) decision.

Questions the rules

Now, this isn’t to say she’s headstrong, rebellious, of reckless, etc.. Rather, she will think things through, even the 'rules' which are usually assumed. For example, she wonders why the fairy aunts still treat her like a child (in the forest), and when they weren’t happy at her setting a datum she asked why because, after all, she is sixteen.

As such, not only is she willing to logically think things though, but she is also willing to vraag her core beliefs and assumptions as well

-

Because of these reasons and personality traits, I think Aurora would be very well suited to philosophy.

Her major is undecided. Not because she lacks focus, but because she's keeping her options open.

MINOR: MUSICAL THEATRE

Aurora, door describing her dream and door acting, dancing, and singing to her ‘dream prince’, is a very creative girl. In fact, she has enough imagination to practice and perform alone. As in her “Once upon a Dream” song, she uses her talent to make costumes and complimenten come alive.

In musical theatre, she can develop and perform the stories which have the themes that she is most interested in: rebellion and love.

She doesn't have an extra-curricular because she has this. Not only is she having fun, but she's getting credit too.

STEREOTYPE: The Dreamer

Rather than studying indoors, Aurora would rather be reading and thinking quietly under a tree. When she’s not on campus, you’d usually find her in the nearest park; wandering through the woods, wondering about life, and singing to herself. She’s kinda shy but always up for a thoughtful discussion.

Both her subjects are something she can do which suit her quiet, peaceful, and thoughtful personality.

Welcome to the 2nd Princess Personality article! Like the vorige artikel about Belle's personality, this one about Snow White is still using the MBTI assessment.

SNOW WHITE IS...

Think out loud
Act, then think
Like to be around people a lot
Prefer a public role
Can sometimes be easily distracted
Prefer to do lots of things at once
Are outgoing & enthusiastic

Although Snow White was without human companion under her stepmother's wicked rule, she had plenty of animal friends. In fact, Snow White was always surrounded...

Aladdin: So here we were, early 1990's, and the Disney Renaissance was at its peek. The studios had produced two of the highest grossing animated films of all time and still were pushing on. However the team suffered a tragic loss with the death of lyricist Howard Ashman who surprisingly had had a large amount of creative input on the vorige two films. (He named Ariel) It was even his idea to make the volgende Disney animated feature, Aladdin released on November 25, 1992. However, much to the disappointment of many, this would be the last picture to showcase a royal fairytale princess for the...

Hello everybody, I just wanted to inform that this artikel is completely my personal option. There is absolutely no need to have a hissy fit if my opinion doesn’t conform to yours. Feel free to commentaar what your own ranking is if u wish. Anyways, let’s get on with this ranking.

#14 Merida

“I’m a boy with long hair.”
“I’m a boy with long hair.”

Merida is one of the most hideous animated females ever. She just screams ugly, unfeminine and manliness. She is the epitome of what’s wrong with strong female characters (or just females in general). Her head shape is hideous and makes her look...

Hi!
I'm a huge fan of Rick Riordan's books, and I thought this would be an interesting idea! First of all, let me explain u a bit: there are 20 cabins in Camp Half-Blood, each of them belongs to a god, and their demigod children live in their respective cabins. For example, Percy Jackson belongs in cabine #3 because he's a son of Poseidon, and Annabeth Chase belongs to cabine #6 since her mother is Athena. The 20 cabins are:
#1 – Zeus (king of the gods)
#2 – Hera (goddess of marriage and fidelity)
#3 – Poseidon (god of the sea)
#4 – Demeter (goddess of nature)
#5 – Ares (god of war)
#6 –...

1. The outside of the palace is inspired door the Taj Mahal.

2. The word "Agra" is in the name Agrabah. Agra is a city in INDIA.

3. Rajah is a tiger. Tigers are a symbol of INDIA.

4. Lotus fountains (like the one we see when we're first introduced to Jasmine) are an Indian thing.

5. "Abu" is an Indian name.

People complaining about Naomi being cast as jasmijn because she's Indian need to educate themselves.

If u want a version of Aladdin with jasmijn being played door a Middle Eastern woman, then major in film and get a film degree. It's not Disney's job to please you.

As for the people complaining...
