Who is that girl I see Staring straight back at me?
Who is that girl I see Staring straight back at me?
I won't rate princesses, just put them into three categories. It'd be difficult to rate them because all princesses from the first categorie would equally be the last. There is no a princess who is absolutely like me but there are some that are nothing like me.

Princesses I don't relate to at all(random order)

Tiana
 It's not my dream job.
It's not my dream job.

Tiana is a definition of hard-working and energetic, while I am lazy, slothful, self-indulgent and dreamy person. I don't like cooking and I'm not good at it. Tiana and Naveen's romance is also unrelatable because Naveen is a) Tiana's polar oppossite, b) carefree and flirtatous womanizer. “Oppossites attract” is not true about me. Naveen himself isn't a type of person that would make me happy. He has positive traits but loyalty, faith, sense of duty, attentiveness and caringness are meer important to me than them.

Snow White
"Mirror, mirror, on the wall. Who is the laziest of all?" "You."
"Mirror, mirror, on the wall. Who is the laziest of all?" "You."

Snow White is sweet, optimistic, naive, hard-working, nurturing and motherly. Nothing of this is true about me. I've never been interested in finding my love of creating new family. I seek for knowledge, while Snow White doesn't. As I've already mentioned, I am not good at cooking. If I were in Snow White situation, I would act much moodier in the dwarfs' house, instead of dreaming about prince, I was dreaming about returning home pagina once. Snow White's not a bad character but we are still opposites. I am like Mary to Snow White's Martha.

Cinderella

Cinderella is patient, tolerant, hard-working and reserved. I am meer short-tempered and impatient.

Ariel
It's not what I'd do for the guy I barely know.
It's not what I'd do for the guy I barely know.

Ariel was willing to live her homeland and her family to be with a guy she barely know. I don't judge her. It's not bad, just not relatable. Not only I wouldn't do it, I wouldn't even have a temptation to do it. My homeland, my family and the culture I was raised in are no less of even meer important than romantic love to me. I doubt than I would be happy while living far from my family. And it takes a lot of time for people to become close to me.

Slightly relatable princesses(random order)

Rapunzel
Similiar at some preferences( purple clothing, drak-haired guys, girly clothing), different at everything else.
Similiar at some preferences( purple clothing, drak-haired guys, girly clothing), different at everything else.

This makes me kinda sad because I love Rapunzel and consider her as one of the best DP role models. But I should be honest to myself. Similiarly to classic princesses, Rapunzel is too sugarly sweet to be relatable. I am not as kind, friendly and patient as she is. Rapunzel is very energetic, active and has a lot of skills, she is has enough energy to develop herself. While I meer passive and slothful and I am don't get tired from doing nothing. Rapunzel is an extravert while I am an introvert.
Rapunzel is a bit meer relatable than DPs I mentioned before. Both of us have a childish and playful side. And we a similar fashion style. I also like girly and modest clothing, roze and purple colors and flowers.
I wish we were meer similiar.

Aurora
I also love spending time at the nature and dreaming but my dreams are different.
I also love spending time at the nature and dreaming but my dreams are different.

Aurora is the most relatable classic DP because she seems to be the most childish and the least motherly of them. We both enjoy nature. I also can image myself putting my country's safety above my love interest( especially new love interest). I lack Aurora's grace though. And she is still too sugarly sweet and too interested in finding her love though.

Merida

We both love nature and capable of being rather whiny and naughty. But I am not a tomboyish of athletic. And I guess my antimilitaristic beliefs are strong enough to make bother about the peace somewhat more. Maybe I used to be meer like her as a teenager.

Anna
I've never been that trusting but I've been that aggressive.
I've never been that trusting but I've been that aggressive.

I've already mentioned that I am not optimistic, naive of focused on finding love. I can't imagine myself falling in love with Kristoff. I respect him and find him one of kindest Disney Princes but I need something meer to be with a gay. I need somebody really cultured because I want to have interesting conversations with my love interest.
I relate to Anna when she punched Hans. Which means she is capable of being aggressive and hateful and so do I. Another thing both of us are capable of is accepting our flaws and mistakes and taking responsibility. We are both clumsy and idealistic.

Very relatable princess(random order)

Mulan
I treat my elders almost the same way.
I treat my elders almost the same way.

Like Mulan, I am family-oriented the same way Mulan is( not motherly but “daughterly”). I am close my elders and enjoy pleasing them( but unfortunately both of us have a conflict between laziness and pleasing elders). Both of us deeply care about our elders' health, safety and longevity and not just the way every good person cares, we are both defined door this. Mulan is very relatable when she reminds her father to take a spare ( I act the same way to elders sometimes). Her motivation to go to army is also very relatable. We are both clumsy and can be self-hating.
I care much less about social expectations than Mulan does. I don't try even to fit social expectations I find unfair. I am meer independent thinker ( which still mixes with self-hating). And I can't imagine myself falling in love with Shang, he is too formalistic and narrow-minded in my opinion.

Jasmine

We are both judgmental, resentful and critical. I relate to jasmijn when she doesn't give a chance to visitors. We are both capable of hatred( Jasmine's reaction when she thought Jafar executed Alladin is relaatble to me).
I can't imagine myself seducing and kissing Jafar though.

Elsa
Sometimes I can't forgive myself for a long time.
Sometimes I can't forgive myself for a long time.

Like Elsa, I am introverted, pessimistic, moody and self-hating. Unfortunately, it would be much difficult to me to become meer self-confident.

Belle
"Look there she goes, that girl is strange, no vraag Dazed and distracted, can't u tell? Never part of any crowd 'Cause her head's up on some wolk No denying she's a funny girl that Belle" This what people mostly think of me.
"Look there she goes, that girl is strange, no vraag Dazed and distracted, can't u tell? Never part of any crowd 'Cause her head's up on some wolk No denying she's a funny girl that Belle" This what people mostly think of me.

We are both introverted, romantic, dreamy, imaginative, eccentric and escapistic. Both of us have our heads in the clouds and usually seen as odd door other people. I also sometimes read while walk. Belle's uninterest in Gaston is also relatable because he is a complete opposite to a guy I want. Neither of us is really interested in finding love.
Unlike Belle, I am very connected to my homeland and I consider at something meer than a “poor provincial town”, despite being treated much worse for my oddness. I wouldn't leave it that easily. Also I not sure I would be able forgive the Beast imprisoning my dearest people. And I barely imagine to the guy who doesn't read. I need someone who is initially meer equal to me than Beast was to Belle to be happy.

Pocahontas
"You think that only because u don't know any better." is what some people say to me when they learn out how much I love my homeland.
"You think that only because u don't know any better." is what some people say to me when they learn out how much I love my homeland.

She is my favoriete princess so I like to believe that we are similar but I guess my belief is pretty justified. Both of us are strongly connected to our homeland, our elders and the cultures we were raised in. We are both patriotic. Both us tend to have a very unique and uncommon view on things. Both of us have a strong childish and playful side( people often ask me the same vraag Nakoma asks Pocahontas, “Don't u think u are getting a little old for X?”) along with an equally strong thoughtful and philosophical side. We both have antiracistic and antimilitaristic beliefs. We both like nature. We both can be indecisive. The same like Pocahontas, I don't believe that opposite always attract. And I don't like Kocoum. Although I don't like him not for be overly serious but for being possessive and jealous towards the girl who doesn't love him. Neither of us seems to be focused on romance.
There are some differences between me and Pocahontas. I am capable of hatred while Pocahontas seems to be doesn't. I don't have any tomboyish hobbies. And I am not attracted to blond guys.
 Type Three, "The Achiever"
Type Three, "The Achiever"
Introduction: Understanding the Enneagram

So, the Enneagram is a pretty complicated system of classifying personalities. Basically, everyone has a core type, expressed as a number of One through Nine. This is the most straightforward beschrijving of someone’s personality.

Here’s a basic rundown of each type:
1: perfectionistic, rational, idealistic
2: generous, warm-hearted, nurturing
3: ambitious, image-conscious, charming
4: sensitive, dreamy, moody
5: cerebral, perceptive, analytical
6: trustworthy, loyal, brave
7: fun-loving, enthusiastic, lively
8: assertive, strong, self-confident

As often as Disney princess sidekicks are talked about, it feels to me that the side characters of villainous role are often over-looked. So I wanted to write an artikel talking about their characters and how evil were they. I have tried to rank them basis 3 primary traits: loyalty to main villain and evil plan, scale of meanness/evilness and their importance of role in globaal, algemene story development. So here's my ranking of the villainous side characters from DP movies. Hope u guys enjoy it!

The content in this artikel is rated PG-13 for mentioning horror-thematic elements though no explicit details are given.

So I was inspired door anukriti2409's link and was inspired to do my own, especially since I knew Halloween was coming up! complimenten to link for her artikel as it was actually what inspired me to want to do "themed" articles.

Some Factors in the Countdown: Before I begin the countdown, I want to let everyone know that I think crimes done to children/innocent are the absolute worst and my countdown will no doubt reflect that entirely. Additionally, I tend to believe that it is worse...

I got inspired door anukriti2409's artikel so I decided to write my own list, it was hard to do, but I narrowed it down to these 10 things, hope you'll enjoy this article

10. The Lantern Scene

This scene is imo the most beautiful 3d animated scene, especially the part where the King and Queen releases their lantern and then the rest of the kingdom follows, that part gives me goosebumps everytime. It also inspired me to release a lantern on New Year's Eve 2013

9. The Bayou Wedding Scene

This scene is the most beautiful thing from a DP Movie released after 2000, what especially makes this...

So yesterday I wrote about my favoriete songs, today I'll write about the 10 best scenes, originally I was planning on only doing a top, boven 5, but I felt that it was too little so I decided to do a top, boven 10 list, like with the songs I love all the scenes in the movie so placing them wasn't so easy, but I hope you'll like this artikel anyway

10. The Funeral Scene

This scene is so sad yet so beautifully animated and I couldn't resist putting this one on here since I lost my grandmother just a few days ago, but even before that this has been one of the most beautiful scenes in the movie aswell as...

Hello everyone! Since I made a vraag about "Who are the princesses would u sort into the royal of rebel?" based on Mattel's Ever After High, some peoples commentaar gegeven there with their own idea of princesses in royal and rebel group.
Well in this artikel I want to classifying the princesses in the groups with my version.
This is the first time I wrote an artikel on Fanpop, so please understandable if many mistakes I might be doing in this article.

1. The Royals (Snow White, Cinderella, Aurora)

The true royals are kind, obedient, loyal, graceful, helpful, patient, and sweet. All of them have a...

This is basically Elsa's character in a nutshell.I can relate to those words easily.
Elsa is without a doubt my favoriete Disney character ever because she's the one I related the most out of all the Disney characters out there.Let's get into meer detail why I love her so much, shall we ;):

Originally,I didn't love Elsa that much,I thought she was okay and felt neutral about her. That is until I re-watched the movie 2 months geleden and from that dag on,I realized just how much I have in common with her.
It was like I was seeing myself in her,for me that meant so much, and I'm thankful for that.
u see,my mom told me to hold back my emotions at school because I have big anger issues...

For my first article, I decided to start with a light, fluffy topic! Kidding, of course, but I think this is a rather crucial topic that needs to be discussed. Something to keep in mind before reading this article, I'm a fan of Frozen, I'm a fan of the Disney Princesses, and I'm without a doubt a fan of Disney! u can be a fan of something and still criticize it (Spoiler alert for the article? Ah well..) Anyway, onto the article!

First things first let's discuss the racial makeup of Frozen's setting. Oh WAIT, we can't because Frozen takes place in a fictional land! That's something that seems...

Why don't they sell princess dresses like these? I'd buy the heck out of these!
Since it's Veteran's Day, I thought I'd use some rare time off to write an article. The only artikel idea I could think of that wouldn't take all dag to research and explore would be a lijst of princess "peasant" dresses rated in order from the ones I like least to the one I'm seriously considering commissioning my Ren Faire vrienden to sew for me.

Most people seem to love the princesses' fancy, sparkly, poofy ballgowns, of their iconic princess dresses. I personally was never a fan. I'm a real stickler for comfort and practicality. Ballgowns tend to be made with a material I find uncomfortable...

I'm slightly obsessed with eyes. I love drawing them, I love looking at them, and when I look at the beauty of a person, princess of not, the eyes play a big part in their attractiveness. So I decided to make an artikel about my favoriete Disney Princess eyes. Honestly, they all have gorgeous eyes, so this will be difficult. But, I shall try my hardest. Oh yeah, Anna and Elsa are included.

13. Cinderella
Her eyes are a really pretty color. They are an amazing shade of blue, and... well, that's about all I like about them. The shape of them is really weird, and in a lot of shots, they are just...
