Aw, my head is seriously killing me. Ah, what happened last night anyway and why is my head so sore

Courtney’s POV: It’s been 2 years since everyone close to me died. My whole family was gone. Bridgette, Geoff, Trent, everyone from Total Drama, and even Gwen (she wasn’t really close to me) was dead. All of them. Gone. Never coming back. I was closest to my brother in my family. And i'd also shared a special bond with my mother too.

But the only one I wasn't close with was my father.

He just didn't seem to care.

It broke my hart-, hart when i'd woken up the volgende day, the dag after the argument, to find my mother had gone.

My eye's glazed over with tears as I read the letter she'd left on the work surface near the draining board.

But Courtney couldn't wait. As she fled, one of her little glass slippers got left behind on the marble staircase.
Prince Duncan sighed to the Duke when she was out of sight, "I will marry whoever this slipper belongs to"

Meanwhile, Courtney's dress had become rags again. The coach was now a pompoen and the horses had become mice again. The koetsier and footman turned into a horse and dog once more.
All Courtney had to remind her of this magical evening, was that one, tiny, glass slipper.

The Duke searched the entire kingdom for the girl whose foot fit the slipper....
