I THINK HE MIGHT OF BEEN THINKING ABOUT SOMEONE FROM AUSTRALIA BUT THEN HAD A CHANGE OF HEART AND SO DID THIS GIRL THEY TRYEDIT DID NOT WORK OUT AND HE MOVIED ON I AM IN LOVE WITH JOE AS WELL HE MIGHT A BEEN SING ABOUT ANYGIRL FRIEND IT COULD BEEN ABOUT ANY PLACE THAT THEY WANTED TO PICK IT IS JUST WHAT GOES BEST WITH THE REST OF THE SONG AT THE TIME
