I didn't say yeh were going to die if yeh didn't eat fish...
I didn't say u had to take a suplement.
That's what other people commented; not necessarily me.
And I don't eat fish, but I do eat dairy. :/
u aren't gonna die, and I don't think that anyone implied that.
