Pretty much any loli of shota character. They're usualy 13-18, and they look and act like they're 5. I mean, look at Lichtenstien from Hetalia. Her eyes are huge, she's extremley short, has a completley flat chest, and acts like a dependant little baby. Yet, she's 15.
SHE'S 15. MAKE HER LOOK AND ACT 15, NOT 5. If I were from Lichtenstein, I would be quite offended.

Rukia kuchiki. She is like 150 yrs old. But she looks like a 13 jaar old. But she act her age I guess well she acts like she is 30

Johannes from Qualidea Code hardly looks older than when she was Yu Chigusa in Qualidea of Scum and a goud Coin(It was set 30+ years in the past).
I don't think she acts much like her age either, she's even sensitive about it.

Amaimon acts like a spoiled teenager when he's really old. Like, REALLY old. Like...thousands upon thousands of years old.
