^Just teasing, I completely understand your confuzzlement. See, when it comes to Hetalia, I'm a total Hipster. XD I discovered it back in 09, sadly, there were no dubs yet, so I waited. Eventually it came out in dubs, I bought the manga, blah blah, point is, I'm a hipster when it comes to it so I have the right to say "I was one of the original people (in America, to narrow it down) to discover it" ;P
Anyways, there are two Hetalias: Axis Powers and World Series. Axis Powers has 50 of so episodes, the length of 5 minuten -no, I'm not kidding- and released both in dub and subbed. World Series is out as well, but only in subs (with same length of episodes, but 42 episodes currently).
Age rating? I'd say T for Teen. The manga is WAY worse when it comes to the 'naughty stuff' (sex, cursing, ect). The anime toned it down.
Yaoi? Hahahahahaha XD that was funny.... no, uh, only the obsessive fans give the Hetalia franchise yaoi and yuri interest, in my opinion.
So, I hope u watch it my dear :3 Hetalia has gotten REALLY populair this past year!

Hetalia is a comedy anime that takes place back during world war 2, and each of the characters are named after countries.
with the axis characters, u got italy, germany & japan.
and with the allies, u got america, england, france, russia & china.

the toon is rated TV-MA because it involves politics & religion mostly, there is mild language in it, and there are some sex jokes in it.

and in a way, u could say it`s yaoi, because there`s a scene where germany kisses italy.

Hetalia is an awesome, kick-ass anime. It originally was a webcomic which developed into a manga which turned into an anime. In short, it's about bishies that each represent a country, and make your history book a big spoiler :P. I don't really know what the age rating is but I think it's T, and it's not really yaoi. But there are a lot of hot doujinshi for perverts like me xD...
Anyway u should watch it, it's really random and funny and awesome :D.

Hetalia is a (quite hilarious) stereotypical anthropomorphic comedy about the countries of World War II. The full names are "Hetalia: Axis Powers" (for the first 2 seasons) and "Hetalia: World Series". The main characters are the Axis Powers (Italy, Germany, and Japan) and the Allied Powers (America, England, France, Russia, and China). It's very interesting and has recently acquired a very large fanbase (although with that we get all the noobs and over-obsessors who think they know everything about it >.<). It's really funny because even through the stereotypes, no one really takes any offense in the portrayal of their own country. Except for... well, that's a long story for later. Anyway, the rating is officially TV-MA, but mostly for the jokes they use and for cursing. It is not a yaoi... technically, but sometimes it feels very... shounen-ai. Okay, so it's basically impossible to 'ship a straight pairing on this toon XD But it's really fun and there's lots of laughs, tears, and most of all, PASTAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA~

No it contains no yaoi but it could be hinted but that depends on how u view it.
Language is pretty mild, there is worse out there
and Sexual reffernces is pretty mild too. in Australia(i assume u aren't from there) it is rated M which is basically reccomended for those 15 and older.
