Is there an anime series that u LOVED but, later on, didn't even wanna finish it?

For me that would be One Piece. I used to LOVE it and I drew quite a few fan arts for it but, then it got kinda boring PLUS the new animatie for it is terrible! >.<

Okay, this is only my opinion, so please don't murder me...

Death Note. I watched Ouran High School Host Club and loved it, so I wanted to watch meer anime. door then, I had joined Fanpop. At that time, Death Note was extremely populair on the anime spot, so I figured I should try it. I watched the first season, loved it, then watched some other animes. Returned to Death Note.

"THIS SHIT ISN'T ANIME."

Well, that was what I zei at the time. It was two, three months later, and I had come to embrace the strangeness of anime. I honestly think that's why I stopped liking Death Note as much. It seems to lack that special "quirky anime vibe" that I get from others. It feels like it could've been made anywhere, and the reason I love anime is for the distinct Japanese style.

I did end up finishing it, though, and Near allowed me to enjoy it towards the end a bit more. I love him. <3

anime has different genres and the feel of the anime varies from director to director. I do get what u are saying, but the meer anime u watch the meer u will realize every anime has a different feel to it, and it especially varies door genre and director. Just look at Rurouni Kenshin. The OVA (Samurai X) has a completely different feel to it because it has a different director. The anime .Hack//Sign has a very individualized vibe I have yet to find in another anime, and the same goes for Death Note. The fact these animes can stand apart from other animes because they are so individualistic is part of what makes them so memorable and great. I guess what I'm trying to say is, don't yourself to only the animes which have the quirky vibe of you'll miss out on some great animes out there.

For me it was Hot Blooded Woman. Once Ha Ji got back to her real body, I just got bored with the manhwa. I could not finish reading it. I also never finished reading Crazy Girl Shin Bia, though I am not sure why cause this one is an awesome manhwa. I guess I found it too predictable and got bored with it. I'll probably finish Shin Bia eventually though, but not Hot Blooded Woman. It just got stale after she got back to her real body.

As far as watching an anime though, I would have to name Baka and Test, and Yu Gi Oh!. I watched the first couple episodes of Baka and Test, then skipped straight to the last couple of episodes. As much as I liked the episodes, it was just way too predictable for me with zero plot twists, though it was funny.

I never finished Yu Gi Oh! because it was too drawn out and childish. I started watching it because I had read the manga and I loved the manga to death. I thought the anime would be like the manga, but it wasn't, so I never finished it cause of this. However, the manga Yu Gi Oh! was AWESOME!!! I was into it enough to collect the trading cards and play the card game... interestingly enough the anime broke a ton of the rules to the trading card game. I watched enough episodes to realize this.

sorry if I spelled it wrong.

It lost alot of it's charm when Kamina died. I continued watching it for awhile, but it got a little boring.
