FMA! Again, Wikipedia. It has comedy, drama, and definitely action. No anime has meer battle scenes, except maybe Naruto.
Pretear!!! It's so short, and still sweet! 13 episodes of epicness! It has plenty of comedy, plenty of romance, amazing animation, amazing art, a wonderful plot, TONS of action and dramatic fight scenes, you'll love it!
